After two different visits to put together an estimate, we agree on a price with Reg saying they can start tomorrow. The next morning (when they were going to start), I get an email saying 'sorry but we cannot take on your project.' It's one thing to tell me you are too busy - but you tell me that literally the day after we are negotiating an agreement on the day work was to start. Total waste of time all around - and I lose my 'spot in line' with another pool contractor. Also, shame on Coast to Coast pools for recommending All Star Pools.

This pool company is very reliable and dependable. I had bad dealings with 2 other companies but All Star had repaired my pool and got it functional, they were always on time. The owner was very knowledgeable, I would recommend this company. I love how my pool turned out.
